We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service: your email address for account creation, the bank statement files you upload, and the extracted data generated from those files. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed through Razorpay.
Your uploaded files are processed solely for the purpose of data extraction. Extracted data is stored for 90 days to allow re-export and review. Original uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours of successful extraction. We never use your data to train any machine learning model.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as required by law. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy. Infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides encryption and DDoS protection.
You can permanently delete any document and its extracted data at any time from your dashboard. You can request a full export of all data associated with your account. You can request complete account deletion by contacting support@lightrr.in.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to our infrastructure is restricted and audited. We conduct regular security reviews and respond to vulnerability reports promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
