Extracted data is retained for 90 days after processing so you can re-export or review past statements. After 90 days, all extracted data is permanently purged from our servers. Original uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours of successful extraction.
You can permanently delete any document and its extracted data at any time from your dashboard — no support ticket needed. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We also support bulk deletion for firms winding down or migrating.
